Heidelberg UCC is located in Schwenksville at 251 Perkiomen Ave., one block off Route 29/73 (Main Street).
From nearby communities within Montgomery County, take Route 29/73 to Schwenksville (Main Street). Turn at the traffic signal at Perkiomen Ave., which enters Main St. from the west. From northbound, the turn is a left; if southbound, the turn is a right. The church is one block uphill on the right side of Perkiomen Avenue.
From the west (Route 422), take the Royersford exit eastbound onto Township Line Road. Continue for 4.9 miles to T-junction at Perkiomen Avenue (look for the UCC church welcome sign). Turn right on Perkiomen Avenue. Continue for .3 mile. The road makes a left-right jog around The Colonnade assisted living center. The church is on the left.
